Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 11a.m. No exceptions!

NO Smoking & NO pets are allowed anywhere on property!

NO fireworks permitted, even on holidays.

$200 fine for not following these rules!

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please help us in NOT disturbing our neighbors.

Be sure to NOT pour any grease or chemicals, facial tissue, feminine products, diapers, etc. down the drain or toilet.

We are on a sewage grinder pump and nothing can go in except septic approved toilet paper.

Gather all trash in large garbage bags and deposit them in the dumpsters DAILY. Remember you are in the mountains and critters and bears love left out food and messes.

You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels unless arranged prior to check-in. Kitchen linens are provided.

Please do not adjust the temperatures of the refrigerators. If you turn them too cold, they will freeze up. Please allow the refrigerators to cool your warm food at least 24 hours before calling us with problems.  This is a natural adjustment when putting room temp food in a fridge.

Instructions for using the key box:

  1. The access code is printed on your invoice.  The housekeeper will set the code just prior to check-in.

  2. Push the CLEAR button down then push the buttons that correspond to the combination given to you.

  3. Push down the OPEN button and while holding it down pull the lid out from the key box toward you. You open the face of the key box towards you and do not take the whole box off the door handle.

  4. If you have entered the incorrect combination, you can reset the buttons by sliding down the CLEAR button.

  5. When you release the OPEN button, the combination will clear.

  6. To replace the lid, push in the buttons that correspond to the combination you have set. Place the lid into the key box by first setting the bottom of the lid into the vault. Push down and hold the OPEN button as you return the lid to the closed position. The lid will lock into place, and the combination will clear when the OPEN button is released.

  7. Some properties may have a Master Lock which is very easy to use, similar to a briefcase lock.

Very Important Rules

  • We have leather sofas in the great room.  Please take special care of these. Keep sun, food and liquids off them.

  • Water usage: Please keep showers to a minimum time and baths to a minimum amount of water.

  • Don’t plan on doing your laundry at the Lodge.  It is only for emergencies.  It is very taxing on our septic system.

  • Be sure to bring your own wash cloths, bath & beach towels.  We do provide a good supply of kitchen linens

  • Please park all trucks, RV’s on the left up to the bushes & close together-7 spaces.  Park all mini-vans & smaller on the right up to & on the grass & close together-5 spaces. • Please put kitchen items where they belong along with all other items.

  • Do not use metal utensils on the pans.

  • Extra paper towels should be in the cabinet above the fridge; extra toilet paper is located underneath the sink in each bathroom.

  • Use precaution when using the fire ring.  Keep a bucket of water nearby to put out the fire.

  • Please do not trespass onto our neighbors’ property.  Stay within the fenced just around the Lodge.

  • We have to keep watering the lawns during your stay in order to keep the lawns looking this green.   We try to water areas that you use after dark and areas that you normally don’t use during the day.

  • A stream runs diagonal across the property from Fish Haven Creek.  This runs all year so you will need to watch the children that they don’t fall in.  It varies in width: 4-10 feet & about 1 foot deep at times.

  • We have locked the gates in the backyard play area so the little children are locked in the backyard.

  • Snowmobiles and ATV’s may drive alongside Hwy 89 to get into the back country in Idaho only, not in Utah.  You can access the canyons by going north and turning left just past St Charles Post Office.  That will take you into Green Canyon or by going up Fish Haven Canyon Road which accesses all the backcountry trails.

  • Camping on property is allowed. RV's, tent trailers, and tent camping are all allowed.

  • We have put pillow-top mattresses throughout the lodge. Please take special precaution if your young children are sleeping on them that the mattresses do not get soiled or wet. If an accident occurs, please notify property manager as soon as possible.

  • All the beds have clean sheets, remaining bedding for the futons are available upon request.  The downstairs futon linens are located in the armoire.  The upstairs bedrooms with futons have bedding in the closets.
