  • Newer 6 bedroom, 3 bath Cabin with 3300 square feet and a game room and a loft!
  • Sleeps 16 in beds and 4 in sofa sleepers-total 20.  ( 2 kings, 4 queens & 2 full beds, 2 sofa sleepers in the living room & loft
  • Extensive views of Bear Lake’s turquoise blue waters
  • Near the Bear Lake State Marina & Beach
  • Air conditioning in upper 2 levels, Basement has heated floor(great in winter), gas heating,
  • Max occupancy is 20 over the age of 3. No more than 14 adults over the age of 12.
  • No smoking or pets.
