    • 18th: Marden and Jessie Phelps will hold a fund raiser for schools in Tanzania at 7:00 P.M., at the California-Oregon Trail Center in Montpelier. The show will feature pictures and stories about three separate safaris in East and Southern Africa. Many places will be highlighted including Kilimanjaro, Serengeti, Okavango Delta, Victoria Falls among others. The second half of the program will feature the animals and birds of Africa. Ever wondered about the witch of the wind caves or what really happened at St. Anne’s Retreat, or is there something big hiding in the blue waters of Bear Lake? These stories and more will be told at this spooky event. Beware: this program’s content may be scary and may not be suitable for young children.
